TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. GENERAL TERMS

1.1. By enrolling in any online or in-person course provided by Tips ’n’ Winks , you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1.2. These Terms apply to all courses unless otherwise stated.
1.3. All course materials—including manuals, videos, images, and training resources—are the intellectual property of Tips ’n’ Winks and may not be copied, shared, recorded, or distributed. The online learning content is provided for personal viewing only. 

2. BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS

2.1. Payment Options

To secure your place in any online course, you may use:

  • Full payment upfront

  • Payment plan, if approved

To secure your place in any in person training:

  • A 50% non-refundable booking fee is required to pay to secure your date. 

  • The remaining balance has to be paid on the day of your in person training. 

  • Available payment options: cash, card, PayID.

  • Dates can be rescheduled around my availability. 

2.2. Payment Plans

2.2.1. Payment plans must be completed on the agreed schedule.
2.2.2. Late or missed payments may result in:

  • Suspension of online course access


2.2.3. The full balance remains payable, even if you decide not to complete your course.

2.3. Failure to Pay

If payments fall overdue, Tips ’n’ Winks may:

  • Withhold certificates

  • Cancel or suspend course access

  • Refer outstanding balances to a debt collection service

3. REFUND POLICY

3.1. General Rule

All course purchases are final except in the specific circumstances outlined below.

3.2. Online Courses (Digital Products)

  • Online training and digital content are strictly non-refundable once access has been granted. 

  • This includes partial access, downloads, or viewing any part of the course.

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind. 

3.3. In-Person Training Courses

  • Booking fees are non-refundable under all circumstances. Dates can be changed around my availability.

3.4. Transfers & Rescheduling

Rescheduling may be offered at the discretion of Tips ’n’ Winks, subject to:

  • Trainer availability

  • Open course dates

Courses are strictly non-transferable to another person.

3.5. Provider Cancellations

If Tips ’n’ Winks must cancel or reschedule a course:

  • You may choose a new training date or receive a full refund (excluding digital products).

  • We are not responsible for costs related to travel, accommodation, lost wages, or external expenses.

4. COURSE ACCESS & COMPLETION

4.1. Online Course Access

4.1.1. All online courses include lifetime access.
4.1.2. Access may be suspended for breach of Terms, non-payment, or misconduct.

4.2. In-Person Beginner Course Requirements

  • Prior attending in any beginner in-person courses:all online videos must be completed in full and all quizzes must be completed with a 100% grade. Allow sufficient time to complete any work that must be completed in full. Practical activities will be completed in person. 

  • You must attend the full training session(s) to receive certification.
    If you miss any required hours, you may be required to rebook at additional cost.

  • Only the enrolled student may attend on the training sessions, the in-person course is non-transferable to another person. 

  • Models may be required for practical activities. These can be organised by the student or by the educator.

  • Students are not permitted to record sessions. 

  • Tips ‘n’ Winks may capture content (e.g., images or short clips) for educational and promotional purposes. Any physical materials provided (e.g., manuals, workbooks) are for personal use only and must not be copied, shared, or distributed.)

4.3. Certification

Certificates are only issued when:

  • All required tasks/assessments are completed,

  • Trainer deems you competent, and

  • All payments have been successfully received.

Completion of a course does not guarantee employment or business success. Tips ‘n’ Winks provides education and guidance but cannot guarantee individual business outcomes, earnings or success. Student results depend on personal skill, effort, and circumstances.

5. HEALTH & SAFETY (IN-PERSON TRAINING)

5.1. Students must comply with all health and safety instructions from the trainer.
5.2. You are responsible for informing the trainer of any allergies, medical conditions, or injuries prior to training.
5.3. Tips ’n’ Winks may refuse participation if there is a risk to yourself or others.

6. STUDENT CONDUCT

6.1. Abusive, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal without refund.
6.2. Recording, photographing, or sharing training content (including screenshots, screen recordings, or re-uploads) is prohibited.

7. LIABILITY

7.1. Practical work is performed at the student’s own risk.
7.2. Tips ’n’ Winks is not responsible for:

  • Misuse of products, Allergic reactions

  • Misuse of equipments, injuries or accidents during training

  • Loss or damage to personal property

  • Client outcomes or business performance after training

8. PRIVACY POLICY

8.1. Personal data is collected solely for enrolment, certification, and communication purposes.
8.2. Your information will never be sold and will only be shared with:

  • Payment processors

  • Accreditation bodies (if applicable)

  • Legal authorities where required by law

9. CHANGES TO TERMS

Tips ’n’ Winks reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Students will be notified of any major changes.
